Leeds Guitar Studio Lessons, Tuition and Services

Here is an overview of the services offered at the Leeds Guitar Studio. These range from basic tuition packages to more advanced services. Lessons are tailored to met the needs of the individual and the structure will vary accordingly. However a typical lesson might lay out like this:

20 mins - Warming up and then developing technique. This will include scales and arpeggios and also our specially designed technique builder.
10 mins - Ear Training and developing harmonic and rhythmic awareness
30 mins - Improvisation and or learning a piece.

Electric & Acoustic Guitar Tuition - All levels and styles including Grade exam entry - Rockschool Grades. Adult improvers a speciality.

Resource Library - Massive library of custom teaching materials in all styles.

Guitar Craft - Band Skills, equipment, tone and practical gigging advice .

Electric Bass Tuition - Beginners to intermediate.

Music Theory Tuition - All levels including A.B.R.S.M exam entry (currently 100% pass rate).

Session Musicians - Both Guitar, Keys and programming.

Music Technology Tuition - Cubase SX, Pro Tools, All major digital editing packages, midi etc.

Sound engineering - Live F.O.H and Monitors (Many pro credits)

Arranging and Composition - Songwriting skills and arrangement.
